Fighter / Skirmisher
Beginner Rule
Be careful using important crowd control into Riposte (W) — her parry ability.
Fiora is a duelist who excels at isolated fights and side-lane pressure. She wants to strike Vitals (Passive) around your champion while using Riposte (W) to block important abilities. Many beginners lose by fighting Fiora in extended duels where she can repeatedly trigger Vitals.
Level 6 – Grand Challenge adds huge duel potential.
Ravenous Hydra/First Item – Sustain and damage spike.

QWhat it does
Lunges in a direction stabbing a nearby enemy. Applies on-hit effects.
How to play against
Her gap-close. After lunging she has a brief window before it refreshes. The lunge direction is chosen by the player — predict it.
WWhat it does
Parries all incoming damage for a very brief window. If she blocks immobilising CC she stuns the attacker instead.
How to play against
Her Riposte parry is her most skill-expressive ability. Bait it with a fake ability cast, wait for it to expire, then use your real CC.
EWhat it does
Empowers next two attacks with increased speed. First attack slows; second always critically strikes.
How to play against
Her E is a fast trade tool. Don't let her get both hits — back off after the first attack slows you.
RWhat it does
Reveals all four Vitals. Gains Move Speed near the target. Healing triggers if all four are hit.
How to play against
Move constantly to rotate Vital positions away from her. Don't let her get all four easily.
Q → Vital Proc → Back Away
Core trading pattern.
W → Counter → Full Trade
Punishes predictable abilities.
R → Vital Chain
Maximizes duel damage.

Duelist's Dance: she reveals Vitals on enemy champions — cardinal point weak spots. Hitting a Vital restores health and temporarily increases Move Speed. If she hits all four Vitals she heals her lane and nearby allies. Vitals rotate every few seconds — track where the next one will appear.
