Beginner Rule
Save crowd control for Bullet Time (R) — interrupting it can completely shut down Miss Fortune's teamfight impact.
Miss Fortune is a lane bully who excels at poke and teamfight damage. She wants to wear enemies down before using Bullet Time (R) — her channelled cone ultimate — to hit multiple targets. Many beginners underestimate how much damage Bullet Time can deal if left uninterrupted.
Level 6 – Bullet Time creates huge kill pressure.
First Item – Poke and burst become much stronger.
Teamfights – Excels against grouped enemies.
Bullet Time
Double Up (Q) bounces
Lane poke
Teamfight positioning
QWhat it does
Fires a bullet at a target. It bounces to a target directly behind them dealing higher damage to the bounce.
How to play against
Don't stand in a straight line behind a minion or ally near her. The bounce deals more damage than the initial shot.
WWhat it does
Passively gains Move Speed when not recently hit. Active: bonus Attack Speed briefly.
How to play against
She maintains passive speed by not being hit. Poke her to cancel the passive bonus.
EWhat it does
Reveals and damages an area with a flurry of bullets slowing enemies inside.
How to play against
The AoE slow is her setup ability for ult. Walk out immediately — being slowed inside enables her full combo.
RWhat it does
Channels a massive cone barrage. Each wave can critically strike.
How to play against
Her ult channels in one direction. Dodge sideways or use CC to interrupt. She can't move — she's a sitting target while channelling.
E → R
Slows enemies inside Bullet Time.
Q Bounce → Trade
Punishes poor positioning.
Team Engage → R Follow-Up
Maximizes teamfight damage.

Love Tap: each new target she attacks is hit for bonus physical damage. She'll frequently switch targets to proc Love Tap — she deals more damage against multiple targets than against one.
