Fighter / Skirmisher
Beginner Rule
Don't waste important cooldowns trying to finish Tryndamere during Undying Rage (R) — his unkillable ultimate.
Tryndamere is a split-pushing fighter who excels at critical strikes and extended duels. He wants to build Fury for critical chance before using Undying Rage (R) to survive fights he would normally lose. Many beginners panic when Tryndamere reaches low health and forget he can become temporarily unkillable.
Level 6 – Ultimate makes him extremely difficult to finish.
First Item – Critical strike threat increases dramatically.
Two Items – Strong side-lane dueling power.

Fury bar
QWhat it does
Consumes Fury to heal himself. Passive: bonus AD based on current Fury.
How to play against
Anti-heal directly counters his Q heal. Build it early.
WWhat it does
Lets out a cry reducing nearby enemies' AD. Enemies facing away are also slowed.
How to play against
Don't run directly away from him — the slow is applied only when your back is turned.
EWhat it does
Slices forward dealing damage to enemies in a line.
How to play against
His gap-close. When E is on cooldown he's less mobile.
RWhat it does
Cannot die for 5 seconds regardless of damage taken. Frustration builds to 100 Fury.
How to play against
Don't burst him when he activates R — he literally cannot die. Wait for it to expire then finish him.
E → Auto → Crit Trades
Core lane pattern.
R → Continue Fighting
Extends duels beyond normal limits.
Spin Through → Chase
Runs down targets.

Battle Fury: he generates Fury from attacks and crits. He can spend Fury to heal via Q. At 100 Fury he has maximum crit chance — never fight him at full Fury.
