Beginner Rule
If Twitch is missing, assume he's looking for a stealth flank with Ambush (Q).
Twitch is a stealth marksman who excels at ambushes and teamfight cleanups. He wants to use Ambush (Q) — his stealth ability — to find favorable positions before dealing massive damage from range. Many beginners forget Twitch can appear unexpectedly from stealth.
Level 6 – Spray and Pray dramatically increases teamfight damage.
First Item – Burst and pick potential improve significantly.
Two Items – Becomes a major carry threat.

QWhat it does
Goes camouflaged gaining Move Speed. When leaving gains Attack Speed briefly.
How to play against
He'll appear from unexpected angles. Ward flanks. When he reappears he has a burst of attack speed — disengage.

Throws a venom cask slowing and applying poison stacks.
How to play against
The slow plus stacks enables his E burst. Dodge the cask to deny both.
EWhat it does
Detonates all poison stacks dealing damage per stack.
How to play against
Stacks deal a lot. Never let him stack full Deadly Venom — back away after each auto.
RWhat it does
Unleashes rapid piercing shots that hit every champion in a line at once.
How to play against
He fires in a direction — don't stand in a line with your teammates behind him. The pierce hits everyone.

Finishes targets.
Deadly Venom: his attacks apply stacking Deadly Venom — a stacking poison that builds in damage. At maximum stacks his poison deals substantial damage per second.
